Working with Antigua Cruise Port and Global Ports Holding, our team is helping create a destination that combines efficient passenger facilities with welcoming spaces for shopping, dining and leisure.

At the heart of the development is the new cruise terminal, officially opened in January 2026 to support Antigua’s growing homeporting operations. Beyond the terminal, colourful retail buildings and vendor kiosks bring a distinctly Caribbean character to the site, while the swimming pool and surrounding leisure area add a new dimension to the waterfront experience.
