What might look like a simple pile of soil is actually a major step in preparing the site for what comes next.

At our Point Blanche Senior Homes project, an estimated 1,000m³ of backfill soil has already been placed behind the retaining wall.

We still have more filling to complete, but once the area reaches the required level, the team will move on to levelling and preparing the ground for the foundations.

With foundation works expected to begin in the coming weeks, the next major stage of construction is just around the corner!
