The limited liability company LICCOM (Leeward Island Construction COMpany), founded on St. Maarten in 1996 and the present owners are André Sneep and Henk van den Heuvel. André and Henk both have over 30 years of experience in the general construction field, André as Architect-engineer and Henk as site manager. They were involved in various construction projects in Europe and the last 25 years on Sint Maarten.
